How to use Smart Memory Keyboard to set height?
Hold the button 1 for three seconds when the desktop is in static state, the buzzer will prompt and the display shows S-1,
it means the current height was saved successed, next time you press this button the desk will adjust to that height automatically.
Same operation to set height with button 2/3/4.
How to use chird lock?
How to activate chird lock:
Hold the button 1 and 2 for three seconds at the same time when the desktop is in static state, the buzzer will prompt
and the display shows "Loc", now the keyboard was locked, the display will show "Loc" for one second if pressed any button.
How to deactivate chird lock:
Hold the button 1 and 2 for three seconds at the same time when the desktop is in static state and lock was activated ,
the buzzer will prompt, now the chirdren lock was disactivated, you can adjust the height as you will.
Possible Fault phenomenon Fixing Method:
1. No response while long pressing down arrow after connected with a power supply
Resolution: Check if all the cables be connected well
2. No response while pressing up arrow/ down arrow after connected with a power supply
Resolution: Check if all the cables be connected well
3. Rising in a low speed
Resolution: Check if overloaded, max loading: 70kg
4. Go down but not go up
Resolution: Restore factory settings
5. Downward sliding
Resolution: Check if overloaded, max loading: 70kg
6. Frequently Reposition
Resolution: Check if overloaded, max loading: 70kg
7. Overwork(Duty cycle:Max 2min on/18min OFF)
Resolution: Restart after suspend for 18mins while connecting with power
8. Not enough up&down height
Resolution: Restore factory settings
How to restore factory settings?
Press button 3 and 4 for three seconds, the system will enter into factory reset mode, the display will show "AST",
now long press the "Down" button, the desk will be lower down till stop, the display shows "bot", it means factory reset completed.
